SHIPPING REGIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
Monaco
• Complimentary Delivery – Free shipping on all orders
• Estimated Delivery – 1-2 business days
United Kingdom & Europe
• Standard Shipping – €15
• Estimated Delivery – 5-7 business days
• Complimentary Shipping – on orders over €250
• No Additional Duties or Import Taxes – Orders within the EU are delivered without extra customs charges.
International Shipping (Rest of the World)
• Standard Shipping – €30
• Estimated Delivery – 7-15 business days
• Complimentary Shipping – on orders over €300
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
• We do not currently offer express shipping.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
• Monaco & EU – No additional import duties or customs fees.
• International orders (outside the EU) – May be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• HAUTE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Return & Exchange Policy
At HAUTE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiating the Return: Contact our Customer Support team at info@haute.store or use our Contact Form to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges (UK & Europe only)
We offer exchanges exclusively for UK and European customers.
Exchange Conditions:
• Items must meet our return conditions above.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• We offer exchanges only for a different size or color of the same item.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
1. Contact HAUTE Customer Support at info@hautehike.com with your order number and exchange request.
2. Return the item using a tracked shipping service (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
3. Once received and approved, we will ship your replacement within 5 business days.
We do not offer exchanges outside the UK and Europe. International customers may return their item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info@haute.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Details:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund. You will be notified via email if your return is not approved.
