Return & Refund Policy

At HAUTE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are dissatisfied for any reason, our return and exchange policy makes it simple.


Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • How to Return: Contact our Customer Support team at info@haute.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all orders within 14 days of delivery, regardless of location.

  • Items must meet the return conditions above.

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

  • To exchange, email info@haute.store with your request. Return the item using a tracked shipping service at your expense. Once received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement within 5 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@haute.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns not meeting policy conditions may be declined. We’ll notify you via email if your return is not approved.
